So I've come back briefly to this scene to see if anyone isn't stupid still.

Has anyone else found the method to finding the encryption keys without going through the client?
I know that must be hard to comprehend because rice thinks it's a troll, but honestly, has anyone else found it?

Well, I found it heh. You could try bruteforcing it, there are only 17878103347812890625 possible options!

Well you've done something wrong if you don't know how to do this. You definitely don't understand how maplestory communicates with its files.
