Disable Windows Defender as you're downloading it. After it's finished, set it as an exception in Virus & Protection Settings. Scroll down to exclusions and either do folder or program. After that, you should be good.

Another update, and I'm back. This time, it's 214.1.2 which is odd, but just how Nexon is. The update was 8.5GB and had an overall size of 17.5GB before being compressed.

It's probably missing the patchdata file that is normally in the files. I've gotten this from steam, so that could be the reason as well. Are you trying to login to a server (like Swordie or Aries)?

ahh so you dumped it from steam, makes sense.. but no i have the working server and i wanna run it with your client files, is there a guide on getting it to work with your own source ? Ive got a 176 to work but they dont require you to use the launcher, the 203.2 /203.4 forces you to use the launcher?
TLDR: Is there a guide to either run your own client through the launcher or run the client without the launcher?
