Here is the .Patch Files for Nexon Server to create Patcher for the Game Client. All Working at 4:31pm, 5 December 2012 (GMT +8) Last checked. If you have a Full Client of, let say, v75, and you want to create a v90 server. you download patch file of 00076 all the way to patch file of 00090.
I know you want to download the Full Client, here's some:

v111: Mediafire Links (15 Parts) Part Number at the End. (200MB for first 14, 83.39MB for Part 15) Join them at up after downloading with hjsplit (File Size: 200KB)

And Here's how to create the Patcher.
Step Number 1: download NxPatcherlite16 (it should be in Zip Format) Size: 165.84KB

Next Extract the file, you will get NXPatcherLite.exe
Final Step: Drag the Patch Files (Can be downloaded below this .Patch file) to the NXPatcherLite.exe
A Command Prompt will pop out and it will close on its after it complete creating the Patcher

Patching Clients from v70 to v124
the 00124 folder in the patchdir is the "Destination" which version you want to go to. In this case, I am going to 00124.
In All the folders, there are only Five files which i can only reach that from five start off Point (Patch from the Last Five version)
