Which Delphi version are you using?
Try pressing SHIFT + F9 to compile, I sometimes also get those strange errors but they are away after doing a clean build.

Download Notepad++, go to script folder and start editing/creating new NPC's.. Take help from other NPC scripts.

If you click on a NPC it will say wether its scripted or not and the ID.

save the npc as ID.rops

I'd like to say that if it uses MDBC for WZ-Data access then this has got to be the most space saving MS out there.

There was a guide but it was in krptodev but its not there because of the lawsuit there having.

Setting it up really isn't hard.
Just run all the .SQL files (don't forget to extract one of the MCDBs) and then start MapleServer.exe or MapleServerV75.exe. After that click Settings and set everything, the GUI is really user-friendly. Finally create an account, press "Start Server" and connect

If you want to compile the whole thing it's something else though...

Commands have been changed to / instead of !..

So it's:
/map, /item, /mesos, /ap, /sp, /job

EDITmisunderstood MCDB as MSDB)*Uh... Delphi ;_; can't work with it... Java is just much easier to understand to me.. Anyways, this sounds cool since it has different modes that support different versions of MS, good job.

AND BTW, I really don't know how people can just reach out their hands and ask for stuff for hours while they COULD of just simply GOOGLE'D them in like 20 seconds (that's kinda slow you know D... "Now that just sounds impossible!"
