[Release] Lukes Repack (Old CookieMS Files) v.55

This is CookieMS's old server files,
It has some old commands but just needs some updating to be well worth the repack,
It has alot of features if you ever read the Server advertisment for CookieMS (its deleted now)
I just wanted to get rid of the last thing about CookieMS.
- Good NPC's
- Good/Custom Maps
- Donater island
- And more.

Yeah.. the repack wasnt as good back in the time, But it seemed like it because we had a good community ;l Oh well x_x
Im about to make a Repack from rev 988 and not release, just to see what i can do

I miss My and Cookie's Server. I did the scripting, cookie did the hosting and the advertisment!, Sorry if i missed anything with the cookiems repack
