How to set-up MSEA v97. (Revised version)

For netbeans , what programs do we actually require ? Cause i really have no idea what to download so i downloaded everything ( all in one program ) installation takes rather long so which program is needed and which is NOT needed ?

Just download everything just incase

To make it public? Change all of them to 203.116.196.8 and the middle IP (96.31.79.112) to your WANIP.

Just change the middle's ip is enough?
How about a test server with the ip 127.0.0.1?

Test server which is not public, change all to 203.116.196.8 ^^

Anyone can help me? I set exp rate to 1x but i killed a snail and got 500 exp..

^ If I'm not mistaken, SteadyMS had the exp rates hardcoded.
So you would need to edit the rates manually in the source.

I don't think there's any other sources other than SteadyMS for v97.

Just figure it out yourself.
It isn't that hard.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred . Program will exit.)

You don't use a localhost for v97 msea, check out on the tutorial to make a redirector instead

When you run the starter bat thingy... And when it asks you for a file size to save it. Do a number under 500-800. Because you probaly put a size too small for it to save. Sorry. Haven't done this in awhile. Thanks if it helped :
