Re: Setting up a server [+Client & Website][Any version] [Very Detailed][Dummies Edit

lol i saw alot of the same thing. i thought you copied from people's tuts o.o cause each part is from a different tut from different ppl on RaGEZONE. i just cant find them because of the thick history in my browser >.<

Lol? I wrote the whole thing fag.
Of course its the same thing. It's "MAKING A SERVER". Why wouldn't it be the same?
You want 100 different ways of setting up a server?
The way to setting up a server is the same.

If you don't know poop, gtfo and stfu.

Each part is from a different tut? Well, duck you. Stop assuming poop when you obviously don't know how long I took to wrote this.

@raul_2100, check your database configuration.

@DarkSoul4859, did you execute the SQL script?

you can make account by opening up the table accounts

and for the client you can do: google maple story vXX client where xx is the version number of your server ex: 63.75.83

@Xerixe: those settings are fine...

i have an issue with Charater creation... i would appreciate some help with this.... i am using the MoopleDEV source v83... everything else works fine so far... no problems creating account, although i couldnt get the webpage to work, used the work around to create account via MySQL query browser... i think that i am havin a database connection issue... no info seems to get to the database for character creation... i am only playing locally, no other people just me... so if someone could even send me a picture or text line of what a lvl 1 created character looks like so i can at least test game features... that would be nice... I think that i have the brunt of the character creation just do not know map or spawnpoint codes... any help is welcome and greatly apprectiated...
