Update:
Removed PIC from the server side.
Also editted the localhost to allow character delete when the pic is removed.

Fixed final cut skill, it now gives buff.

Merchants are now 100% complete.. Including blacklist, visitors and chat history.
Removed a lot of items from cash shop(weddings, character transfer, etc).
Merchant store are now permanent.
Aran storyline is 80% complete.

GMS like 3th job.
