I need help step by step. Every time i try to follow a guide, it is outdated. I would like help on how to start my own server step by step.

you can use mini server 1.35 guide... it is not outdated for the guide, maybe the link is broken, cause many storage site been blocked...
if you need the server files, you can try mine (based on segredu files and azurexc)

You must be registered to see links

all that you need are in there, server files, sqleval2000, csved, gemini compiler, neonbox using xpo neonbox, etc
