Other people get "Connection Failed"...Help plz

I can join in my server, but my friends cant join...
They get "connection failed".

Common problem and easy to fix just close your fire wall

To close your firewall in windows xp goto My Network Places> View Network connection (In the Sidebar on the left ) >Change windows fire wall setting and close the fire wall ( Fire wall Off ) .
