Yes, but you need Windows Xp Disc to install IIS.

probably the argument is null.
for example.

<?php
foreach ($Arg as $Something)
{
      //DO SOMETHING......
}
?>

if the $Arg is NULL or Empty or Nothing then it will trigger the error for that foreach function.
