redownload the gogicserver, it works for me..so y not on you

if using raceran client u will got error perion.ini open failed..just click ok and ur server will run smoothly..

this problem is about the param,wrong edited, try to edit again your original param..

example:
try to back the original param of your client this problem has been solved, then try to back your param edited this problem is appear again :
