How i can add new map from zero?

hi, how i can add a new map from zero? i mean if i have made a new map ( mcl , tmap , bmp ) and i have create the server files, which files and how i need to edit into client side/server side? and where. i hope someone will help me with that. trying to add 5 more maps. thanks in advance.
