Database in MSSQL 2017

Hello, I have some databases from my old server I used sql 2012, but I want to do an MSSQL update I will migrate to MSSQL 2017, but how do I convert the database to MSSQL 2017

Nothing much is needed to update to 2017, change procedures to use HashBytes instead of PwdEncrypt and make your own comparison function to replace PWDCompare

Use [ACCOUNT]
ALTER TABLE dbo.cabal_auth_table ALTER COLUMN [Password] varbinary(72)

Was unnecessary for me but then again i was using windows.

Apparently Linux is giving a bit of a trouble and so do i tt1:

PS:Needed FreeTDS 1.1.5 for SQL Server 2017 & Centos 7.6
