EP8 Client not working

I have downloaded the EP8 client in this thread -> http://forum.ragezone.com/f459/cabal-online-ep8-information-center-909658/

then I patch using this ->

I edited the Data/Internal.txt

MSSQLIP = 192.168.2.110
CentOSIP = 192.168.2.100

but when i lunch the start-cabal.bat

@echo off
start CabalMain.exe breaklee
exit

And then after run the XTrap
CabalMain.exe could not Launch. but no error
