[HELP] Bringer shout

Hello RZ, Can anybody guide me how I can activate bringer shout in normal channels? I mean when a bringer shout players can see it in normal channel. Bringer system is working already my only problem is the shout. Other players can't see the shout of bringer in normal channel. Thank you.

If u capella and bringer. Only capella can see the wird at middle screen.

I told u. Onlu capella can see the word at the middle screen.

If u bringer procyon, only procyon can see word at the middle of screen.
