Help about editing UPGRADE skils such as Vital Master

Hello did anyone figure out how can u increase/decrease values of Upgrade skills such as Vital Master to give u more/less hp and for defensive sense.

Was looking on RZ but didn't found any answer yet.

If u know please share where is it located.

I was looking in Skill.scp and cabal.enc but didn't managed to find out.

try looking at skill_main > skill_param > power atk value.
also check skill_value > value bforce_id, and stat_limit for force-code.

Found it.... its located in cabal.enc and skill.scp... Please close thread to avoid spamm
