If i recall correctly that happens when your rate is already too high.

I think it involves the number of items you setup nothing special bout it, i would tell you how to fix it but i havent touched ep2/ep8 files in years so i dont know how or what exactly is your problem

I change the amount of drop rate, there are no changes ...

Oh so you where actually asking why the rates look the same as if no rate, then i have no clue, maybe check premium svc, also, bbead may not work along with other premium svcs / bbeads
