Login server issues

So once again I'm asking for help, this time it is a problem i havent encountered before.
For some reason it didn't let me log in to my accounts, after checking logs, it was connecting to the database, but loginsvr had an error ,,fail listening 28101 port (Address already in use)'' this is my 1st time having a problem like that and i DO have cabal ports open.

if this is working the last you tried try to reboot your centos

First You need turn off Fire wall or Software Antivirus.Second,open port from your router to Centos 38100-38201.Finally,make sure odbc.ini config correct ip of SQL Server(CMD-IPconfig from ur OS Windows.)
P/s:i forgot this:if you saw channel but can not enter,Go <root>->etc>Cabal...Find WorldSvr_01_0x.ini("x" is number of channel),looking for Those lines:
1-IPAddress=Put your Centos IP [WorldSvr]
2-AddrForClient=Put your Centos IP [ChatNode]
3-AddrForClient=Put your Centos IP [AgentShop]

just restart your centos

My ports are open, I had the server running before, but after I reinstalled my windows, I am not able to log in.

Well,I think you have problem between client and Server(CentOS).Make sure odbc.ini config correct IP SQL database(IP windows).Or you can go here and look around.

My ports are open, centos connects to db, yet I still am not able to log in. could the magic key be the problem? (using infinity client, server and db files) anyone know the magic key? I've set it to 693957823(same as db) idk anymore. If no suggestions are left then maybe help me through teamviewer? Thanks
