Remove teleport skill

Good evening how do I remove 3 skill Instructor, and also remove some teleport that when I click this disconnecting from the server and / or do they function properly?

search this under cabal.enc

<trainer id="2" magic_maxrank="10" sword_maxrank="10" upgrade_maxrank="10" >

find the skill id you want to remove. don't forget to remove on skill.scp too.
