You stated before that there's no error in cabal logs, but how about the logs from centos, did you checked them out?
Since there's no problem within the databases, there's probably a vmware related issue, so please post here the type of vmware you are using(workstation, server), it's version and the resources allocated to your server.
VMware Workstation 8.0.2
5 GB RAM,Number of procesors : 2,Number of cores per proces : 1.
Did you checked centos logs as I said?
You can also try to lower the ram for centos, because it may not be enough ram for windows to menage the connections between vmware and sql
I already tryed to lower the resources of the centos,still same,lagging.
Where do i check the logs of centos?i mean cabal logs are in /var/log/cabal,the centos logs where do i check it?

try to reinstall SQL. use SQL server 2005.

@Yama,i already asked on the centos forum,and they trashed my topic with reason they don't offer support for centos with mssql...
