Services problem

Hello ragezoners, it has been long time I wasn't online on cabal section, hope you guys are all good and i wish very best to all of you but I'm having some problems again and i hope some of you guys can help me

Soo as title says Im having problems with services...
AuthDBAgent (pid 3351) is running...
DBAgent_01 (pid 3382) is running...
RockAndRollITS (pid 3408) is running...
GlobalMgrSvr (pid 3430) is running...
GlobalDBAgent (pid 3453) is running...
CashDBAgent (pid 3484) is running...
PCBangDBAgent (pid 3515) is running...
EventDBAgent (pid 3544) is running...
PartySvr_01 (pid 3575) is running...
ChatNode_01 is stopped
EventMgrSvr is stopped
AgentShop_01 is stopped
LoginSvr_01 is stopped
WorldSvr_01_01 is stopped

I tried to start them manually but they just doesn't want to start...
when i checked their logs in each of them i have same error

Yeah I can see that, but any idea why?
Firewall (both) disabled, UAC disabled..
