What is wrong with my work?

Hello guys,im here to write about mine server because i read all guides and helps on this forum but i still don't understand how and why i can't log in on my server.Below i ll show u all the infos then i hope someone can help me:

All ip's:

Centos ip:192.168.1.2
Win IP:192.168.1.5
Internet ip:79.2.53.189

im using: windows 8.1 64bit, sql2008 r2 rtm 64 bit, centos 5.8 64 bit, extornia files and tg client

all ports are opened with my win ip( and i tryed centos ip too)

After all things i can't still log.... when i start the client and i write the id and pass.. the login keep loading untill the end.

but i have good heart, look at ur LoginSvr_01 logs its says:
[##ERROR##] fail listening 38101 port (Address already in use)
just restart the LoginSvr_01 service.

Well, first i wanna say thank you cause u spent a bit of your time for looking the problem and yes i saw it too, I already tryed to restart so much times and still nothing, this error still appear...

Then just change the port and change it in the internal also.

The bash script sometimes run faster , I suggest to run the stop command of the cabal services several times to be sure everything is closed , then use start again.Have you tested your ports? is an ip-tables or any other firewall on on the linux or windows?

rebooted and the same? in that case something else must be using port 38101 already or another LoginSvr is running..

find out which service is using port 38101, just type:

netstat -tulpn | grep :38101

after finding it kill it:

fuser -k -n tcp 38101

restart LoginSvr.

Is working how should be? Cause is strange for me see as ip: 0.0.0.0orts

Firewall is not working on centos and on my pc too as antivirus

oh and MSQL isn't compatible with that crap , well it depends what version you've installed.
May i know what version you've used? (year)

2008 is in-compatible for windows 8.1

Well in my opinion , windows 8 is the worst choice to make a server DB ( no offense).

Windows 8.1 sucks for a cabal server sadly >_>
