[RELEASE] 1.3.6 Chinese to English Client conversion

This is the W2I client, 1.2.6 that can be upgraded to the 1.3.6 client. I have included the required interfaces.pck file that will allow you to convert this from chinese to english. You will also require patchs 2-6, 6-12, 12-13. (someone correct me if I am wrong on these?) for this to take it to version 1.3.6. (I accidentally deleted the patches from my machine :grr: )

It is uploading to the mirror site now, it may not be avaible for a couple of hours.

I was hoping more for these, there is a way to patch the client to 1.3.8 which is the lastest version we can use to connect.

Patch 101-105 -> 1.3.7
Patch 105-107 -> 1.3.7
Patch 107-??? -> ?.?.?

Supposedly, I have never gotten ahold of it, but I understand that it will. 1.3.9 won't however.
