i need help i compiled his source v2 i i got only warnings ..when i run the neuz.exe it wont open i already used the sunkist still nothing .. i dont get any error logs ... any help pls?

so it seems while compiling the code i get fatal error C1083 on line 3 cannot open the following file : d3d9.h no such file exists even tho i'm looking at it right now -_-
