Good work for the first page you've ever created, however needs a lot of improvements, haven't taken a look at anything in this, though judging by the screenshot, try reading up on some webdesign tutorials as well as learning some more html and css.

do you know how to add a custom font using css?
i've search a lots of tutorial but they don't work

[Improved]

Getting some photoshop skills is all you need, then you can use a webdesign program to help design. Although you should always edit the output code, it's a neaty tool instead of notepad++ writing it all when it does the exact same.
