Yes you can't go over +7.
Did you download the arcane and porta files?
If so then I do believe there are threads that help with installing new stuff manually.
I have the files if you can't locate them but as for the installation, give it a shot then come back

EDIT: V2 has all the new stuff but if it does not work for you then try the manual add.
Ill locate my copies I downloaded and upload them soon.
