Yes with this you can make a cabal private server. The top post in the Guides bit contains all of my installation guides (and my databases) and the top one in the releases contains the latest version of my server repack.

For the client use a non-updated OGPlanet client with the patch files supplid in etc/cabal/docs/clientfiles in my server repack.

Your client enc data does not match the server. Use my client patch (/etc/cabal/docs on centos) and if any quests don't work then post the exact quest and i will look into the problem.

I dont know about the PH client, but you can always use a clean chinese or US. For US, go to cabal.ogplanet.com

It can work with any client as long as the enc file data matches the server data. If not it's crashy crashy time xP

Not yet. You can never fully hide the ip anyway as there are always some tricks you can use to find it even if it is hidden like in official clients.

did you download the full client?>

No, the patch is on it's own. It needs copying to an OGPlanet client you can't just run the patch.
