ex. xampp on window or just install apache on linux.
everythings works but it didn't show a ranking players, guilds, etc.

We can't use it with xampp 1.7.7 ? -I got "Could not connect to MSSQL database." When I try to use it on that version of xampp

Nope, i have it connected right :) Also as u should see i have been logged in.
It need mssql_query -> PHP 5.3 or early.. and of course enable in php.ini the module php_mssql.dll // php_mssql.so (depend on OS)
For CashShop database just use Chumpy webshop for EP8. I have modified it but not gonna share because lot of admin things are enabled on it..

Its one of bug in these files, but it can be fixed just follow the error :)
