It's not a error. In one warp, the use of neutrals (and GM) is prohibited. For this, negative coordinate values are indicated. This does not affect server startup and it is not necessary to “fix” it.

Although the 400+ value looks weird. This is usually "-1". The maximum value for coordinates is 255. Location - Warp.scp
