I must set a new name for Launcher (a uniq one) because if i dont then it will launch other programs like NFS Hot pursuit... (LOL???)

Yep i done it.. it just was funny when i hited start cabal and it started NFS

Well the problem was already solved and we also added a new skin

so i build launcher with source code from mooob launcher but for example i download the update i close the launcher and i delete some files .When i open launcher again he say me No new update have fun but the files is missing the launcher don't downlaod again

The launcher checks only 2 files if they exist or if they were modified.
CabalMain.exe and Updater.exe.
The update function just writes a Version in Registry... when you start launcher it checks the version there and if its the same with your var.ini version it wont download files again.
So if you want launcher to check all files you must add function to source to check them
