My English is bad, the site was translated by "google translator".
If the spelling is wrong, feel avontade to fix, because the site is editable.

Read the tutorial.txt (Configuring PHP.INI) this will solve your problem.
If you have done everything correctly and still with this error, download and install this dll in C: \ windows \ system32

I forgot to save in psd images, only BG that is available from the site.
On edit and delete news when I do have some free time, but I'm currently very busy with work and college.

I want to report that after i log in the site doesent show my panel untill i manul refrest the site or click on the module to make it refresh.
EDIT: how do i edit the register page so Brazil wond be the default Country?

1.) Go to your index.php and search this:

$_SESSION['ss_txtConta']      = $txtConta;
        $_SESSION['ss_txtSenhaConta'] = $txtSenhaConta;
        header('Location: index.php');

Headers are already sent but i think your error reporting is set to off.

2.) Change it like this:

        $_SESSION['ss_txtConta']      = $txtConta;
        $_SESSION['ss_txtSenhaConta'] = $txtSenhaConta;
        echo '<META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="0; URL=index.php">';

Now it will refresh on login.

3.) Go to your sisReg.php and search:

<option value="22" selected>Brasil</option>

Change it to:

<option value="22">Brasil</option>

Or if you want other option to be default selected:

<option value="xy" selected>Your Choice</option>

I am not so good at this but isnt there a way to make only that module refresh instead of the whole page?

EDIT: Leonardo did you find the psd of the rest of images?I need at least the psd for the menu images.I want to add another frame in the site.

He has the extension but the problem reffers to something else.
hisync make sure you run all the querys and also check ur configuracao/confCabal.php if its configured correctly.

It cant be invalid only if something is missconfigured.

in the config of the site you must define the admins name.
Look for

Well, I have some things to say about this script. Its a critic to make it better.

1 - dont use mssql functions. MSSQL are just to SQL while with ODBC you can connect to a lot more database servers than just mssql. and, a lot of php compiled versions do not come with this feature enabled. you'll need to activate it in your php.ini and download some separate files aswell.( I've suffered alot with this mssql thing )
2 - I'm not sure why you do all you html codes inside of a echo. that doesnt make any sense to me.
3 - I noticed that you dont do any padding in your codes, like:

if ()
{
<tab>code
}

this doesnt influences in nothing, but it is better to see in which if block you are into.

4 - its kinda "dangerous" to make "require()". make sure to require that page only once, using "require_once()".

5 - do not make includes inside of a function. create a base class with all your database information and then you just inherit it.

class validate_login extends sql_class

6 - just for pattern, session_start() comes in the very first line of the php script - if you are using session which I belive is the case. (use ob_start() too.)

7 - confCabal.php is connecting to the database, and you are requiring it in every php page. dont you think this might compromise your database?
