try this

You must be registered to see links

your IP must be match with IP Address in internal.txt file.

Try to disable iptables:

# service iptables stop

or

# service firewall stop

or

# service ufw stop

Restart again and check if it works.

Check your server's IP by typing "ifconfig" and your database's IP > Stop the Services > Run cabal_config > Re-configure > Run service cabal start.
