cant port forward! I don't know how =[ help please! I have gone to about 20 forms/topics and they just say to forward i with no explanation!

And when i try searching for a regitser page hing, they all are the exact same and dont work or they have been removed

And my Register page doesn't make accounts, i just says i does b when i check data base on MySQL, its not there


please help!
