Server name is probably typed wrong, or you did your logins wrong.

@xtom, I dunno. Because your Ebe is not connecting your AiServer. Hmm...wierd.

@OMEGAbuffer maybe u got some older server files, which isn't listed on this forum. maybe could work with those. And maybe you can tell me where to look for the problem, or in ODBC or something with MSSQL...

make sure it's ComputerName\SQLEXPRESS . I put the brackets there just because, but don't add brackets around your computer name. My bad.

@xtom, I actually have no clue where to look. And, I'm using the same server files as the ones I posted. However, I'm using different MAP smd files, and a different starting database. And I'm doing edits myself, and trying not to take anyone's work, unless I need to as a last resort. I'm still learning.

Another things guys who PM me on MSN. I'm not god. So don't ask every question that runs through your mind, unless it's really appropriate. And I don't have all the answers either, so don't cuss me out if I don't have them.

THIS GUIDE IS FOR WINDOWS XP USERS, AND MAYBE SOME OTHER TYPES. YOU WILL GET ERRORS IF YOU RUN ON VISTA.

Check what is using your ports. I had a problem similar once and it was only that I had to shut veoh tv down. Also recheck your inis in ebenezer, make sure that the AI server and aujard point to 127.0.0.1.

PS People connect to login mainly. Only your login should point to your external IP. the rest should be internal.

the database what comes with this quide does not have felankor and ultima i beleive.

Can anyone give me a link to a database with these mobs etc...i want it like phoenixko but i saw mo3's files of the server and there was no database, just login/aujard/aiaserver etc.

what do i need? D:

Why? If you can download the server files, you can download the database as well...

The database IS in the server files, rofl. It's in that Yeni Klasor .RAR archive inside the Server Files folder.

i tried using this guide for setting up with phoenix ko files, it didn't work so good.

i did everything right though, cos ive succed with ur piskod database guide before.

when trying to load login server, it would say failed.
same with aiserver, ebenzor nd aujurad.
+ they all asked for logins and the passwords were wrong

any clue how to fix it?

I had trouble using PheonixKO's database as well, so I ditched it.

I believe they hexed their ebenezer, which would give a different login password for the logins knight and sknight. So, if you got a hex editor, you might wanna check it out. I don't think PheonixKO left is as knight//knight or sknight//qlfjajrmf6 or the person that hacked them would have raped them a long time ago and make a bigger impact.

Enfermit0, I think that database you have was backed-up with MsSQL 2000. If you want to use that database, you have to use MsSQL 2000.

Got PKO's working fine, But then again i guess i was GMing there ;)

Anyway, a weird problem i get, When i try loading AIServer, It just won't load, Nothing happens, Anyone got a idea on how to fix this?

I've tried re-extracting a new'er' AIServer there, But nothing.

And how would being a gm there give you any advantage?

you would have to know all the passwords etc for ebenzor/login/aiserver etcetc and shit to get it working lol..

When AiServer doesn't even load, for me, a possible problem is from the K_NPC and K_NPCPOS tables. The AiServer not loading happened to me when you have placed an NPC by K_NPCPOS, but the NPC does not exist in the database in the K_NPC table or K_Monster table.

When that happens to me, I just check my Task Manager to see if there was 2 or more AiServer applications running. You're only supposed to have 1 running. If not, then I dunno O_o

That happened to me, I did two things:

In the database folder they give a fix for Aujard and Login Server.
I replaced the .exe files with the ones in the database folder.

Secondly, I changed my ODBC from KN_online to KN_Online.

There is only 1 AiServer runnin when that happens.

I have already tryed that.. didnt work at all it just wont load correctly.

Im using Windows Server 2003 Standart Edition.. maybe there is a different ODBC Settings for it or something?
