if you are not using local, have you port forwarding the port for launcher and emulator?
and IMO, this files is simpliest emulator, without protection IMO, he is not protecting the root folder for update CMIIW,
well, he is yuan anyway, once known as scammer, so i won't guarantee any damage to your server,
but this emulator should work for testing purpose.
