Filter0 = !test <<you can it anything you want that is gm account username

if you want to change DB name that was so easy double click on DB and follow this instruction

WRONG = RIGHT
BILLING : BillCruxRF
RF_WORLD : RF_WORLD_NOVUS

RF_User dont change it and you ask why its restrict just ignore restrict word

This is the cleanest copy of the files I could find. If you find any major issues with these files please let me know so I can update the release.

If you have a CLEAN 2.2.3 client please post a download link here and I'll update this thread.
