[Release] Edit launcher IP ONE CLICK!

This is a c# application that edits a launcher by the name of RF Online.exe to the IP you type into the textbox. Click button and wham it's done.

I zipped a launcher and the software into a folder.

Instructions:
1. Launcher must be in same folder as application.
2. Launcher must be named RF Online.exe
3. i have dot net 4.5 i believe it must be installed or it won't Work.
4. It may not work on other Launchers as it uses precise offsets not a seek and find, so if offsets don't match
it may break your Launcher.
5th and final rule, back up launchers before using it.

The launcher came from a post that hooked the GLUpdate tool. Not my work I used it to write software and confirmed it worked.
