for launcher it's already there in folder www\rfclient_update\update\make_newRF\newRF.rar

for people who don't know what is it,
it is emulator to make launcher can connect to update launcher : (maybe someone can explain better)...
and there's juminten gamecp from http://forum.ragezone.com/f479/release-simple-user-panel-staff-937768/ by bagzinside
of course you need to edit config first to make it work for you

and don't forget to copy ntwdblib.dll to syswo64, system32, and windir,
to open game cp, open in 127.0.0.1:2224

tested by me on appserv, not sure if it will work with the other...

oh and of course everything is set to 127.0.0.1 (launcher and the emulator)
if you want to changed it, then edit by yourself :

i hope no one will ask for launcher and have problem with emulator anymore :

tutorial :
-install appserv (google it, it's free)
-download and extract to C:\appserv
-restart appserv

Not really. Just make the launcher jump past the update process, or use the launcher source that has been posted here already.

There isn't a reason for anyone to need an "update emulator" anymore.

already tried it in another computer, and work for me,
have you replace httpd.conf and ntwdblib?
and have you copy ntwdblib.dll to windows and system folder?

so I use old emulator from rf-dev it's work fine

Put verkey or disable verkey.. Dont ask me how to put or disable verkey..many tutorial,clue,replay post for solve your problem from other member post in here

it works fine on me. just dont test to open the launcher until you not done pasting the ntdw.dll or something what its name

what i need to change for global ip adres just those .dll's and .dat or is there more to it.
