Many people can't get the files to work correctly because of some broken settings/missing dependancies on the server. So I bandaided it up and repacked it for ragezone.

All YOU NEED:


64 bit WINDOWS Operating System
Framework 2.0 x64
Microsoft Redistibutable Package 2005 x64
MS SQL Server (used 2005 Express for quick set up)
MS SQL Server Management Studio
Minimum 4GB Ram (8-16GB recommended)




*Fixed Side by Side configuration Error.
*Fixed rfacc.ini (DB Init fail + Document error -Zoneserver load)
*Changed all IPs to 127.0.0.1
*Added RF Dependancies

Thanx bro, maybe you can find away how to activate hackshield or other anticheat for this game, i see a private server using hackshield (RF StarFox if i'm not mistaken).

What ip do I change to run on the Internet ?

change 127.0.0.1 to your internal ip (Example: 192.168.1.2) login in to your router and forward the ports to the internal IP.

Example:



And if you do not use a router I beleive you can use your public IP address.

and on your 2.2.3.2 RF.exe launcher, hex in your public IP address

Don't forget to use the SQL Server Configuration manager to edit the SQL server TCP/IP address and enable the internal IP.

more my problem and the "World Close: Code [1]" If I put everything. ini file with public ip. =S

with 127.0.0.1 runs ok in local, more than the internet "Failed logging into the server world"

Im not quite sure if you use a regular modem. Make sure you went into SQL Server Configuration Manager and enabled TCP on that IP.

nice grats! now i just have to figure out how to connect the client with the server... webserver is racking my brain! , back when i made servers you didn't need the patch junk.

idk if im even hexing the launcher right. I keep writing 0's after the ip and I think i damage the file, it just opens and closes real fast, but that tells me its not connecting to the update server...

I would be very greatful if some one can upload a hexed launcher to the 127.0.0.1 IP. Just to make sure that part is correct on my end.

What are you fixed? if I see thats.... you just change IP at intialize.

the original Realese from XtremeServer is Fixed.. no error.
you just need to change IP and restore your DB, create ODBC, and install RFdepend/accountRF.msi.

failed to create empty document qq

16gb ram
windows 7 ultimate x 64

ahh I found it:

HBKPath = C:\Work\HBK
HistoryPath = C:\Work\History

make this a real directory, make the folders needed for it on your C: it will then use these directories to create its own and save information about your server.

You can run public server with router, like i;m doing it.

No thats not it, it was my image, where are a lot of problems.
To find out the ip, you need to change .100 , you need to run cmd and 223 uses only 4 ports so.

Still can't get the launcher to work...saids can't download patch.
