They seem to work fine for me you could be experiencing issue with your ISP or the hosting company could be have issues. You could always request these to be uploaded to another host.

well, its just pure without edited zoneserver.
You can check the gap with zoneserver strs release by magenix, and check it by your self.

server files part 1 and part 2 should be in the same folder. you should extract part 1 only using 7-zip, part 2 is the continuation of part 1

You have not setup your appserv to use mssql connections.
