Custom fashion hats overlapping with hairstyles

I think what I have to do is add a hairstyle that is bald (no hair) does anyone have a model for that? I can figure out how to add it to the NPC but I wouldn't have the skill to make one in a 3D program.

I mean, what flyff normally does with hair is hides the original hair mesh when adding certain things like Knights Helmets and other cs.

Your answer made me realize what I probably did wrong, I need to add them as a fashion item lol. Didn't know the game makes a distinction about which slot it's in.
