ERROR: File Not Found CODE:0 RESULT:4

Hey guys! Me and my friend have soon finished our Private server. We made the patcher and changed it all with Hex Workshop Hex Editor (64 Bit) When we have done everything and puts the patcher into the client and run it... It comes up with an ERROR saying: "ERROR: File Not Found CODE:0 RESULT: 4" Please reply fast if you know how to fix it!

well this error appears if the folder of you Patcher is wrong or you have a wrong Volumenseriennummer (in german don't know how it is called in english) in your list.txt try to use another patchlist creator or edit it by hand does the path look like this ?
