I can't run the neuz.exe but's , I open the neuz.exe is same to be crashed and canno't login but this

Something wrong with the client, use client log files.

If you look for resource.txt in Resource folder you can edit the path to where your client is (Example "..\Client\data.res").
Just hit merge.exe (or merge2.exe) and it will create and replace your current .res files with updated ones.
