[server] cant login in-game

in CQuery-LogFile_20170930.txt file i have this

EDIT: i turned off the firewall and that error is gone but still error on in-game logging help please
EDIT 2: the create account script by cuvvvie is broken i used a md5 cryptor and modified the password in the database and now works admin you can close the topic
