Wing mask source needed

Hello y'all!
Okay so, I was playing in a PServer flyff with lots of customsnand they had wing masks which were animated. Like the wing masks move independently while the character is idle, sitting, running etc.

Does anyone know the source code for it?
Or how it works? Thanks

What about sfx wings as regular wearable items? Not as consumables?
