    i have Packed Mostly All The Tools Used for editing in server.

    download it from here - msstdfmt.dll free download - DLL-files.com
    Open The Readme.txt Instructions are given in it...

    You need to Register the Dll You can google The same how to Register Dll
    Ragezone and A3 562 Server Guide.Please Read this Before Posting
