i changed everything what the guide says but my mssgserver is just saying forever connectin to acct server

how can i make a PM account ?

open navicat then open cq_user find your own name and put [PM] behind it

ineed some help with conecting people i have sent them all the exact files they need mutiple times now i know they have the rite version and yet when they go to connect the get canot conect due to server maint please help me fix this

Ok im using another person and i got on teamviewer and gave them those 3 files ... they even have same version ...... and what do they start game with ? soul.exe ... or play.exe cause both give errors ... well they took SinEO folder ... and put the 3 files i gave them where they belong in there ... and they tried opening the server with Logintool.exe that sineo has u start with and that msg that pops up that u hit ok then liek 3 sec later a empty error msg pops up .....
