I know it's not really 'practical' but I just made this for fun more than anything.

There's too much going on. The texture makes it ugly,maybe try adding a solid metal handle and cosmic textured hammer head and it would look way better.

It's not supposed to look real or practical or anything, it's supposed to have this kind of theme;

Then why didnt you generate a texture in blender fitting that theme?
