Hi, I'm a little new to starting/hosting a MTA server, Can you tell me what to do to start it up and how to host it localhost and also I use XXamp do i put to .sql there? and if so how do I edit the mysql so that i can set it up to be localhost and the DB location ect.

Ok I can join it and stuff but i dont understand i start it and it will load then i get 100 errors what am i doing wrong

Also the faction system is bugged i think.. i make a faction go set myself as leader and it says thats not the right id and it wont let me add vehicles or duty points

I'm a bit new to this, so sorry for me being newb-ish.

I downloaded the file, and extracted it to the default MTA Server that comes with the download. I ran it, and it didn't work. I tried changing some things, I set up the MySQL on phpMyAdmin with XAMPP, edited s_mysql.lua and yet it still doesn't appear to be working. I let it run for a bit while typing this out. I tried using the "upgrade" command too, and I'm not sure if I broke it even more than it was or fixed some of it, as I saw it was using depreciated functions.

I create interior but some commands do not work even though I'm the highest -level admin .
